Allen Matkins and the Urban Land Institute's Los Angeles Chapter have been tied together from the start. Mike Matkins was there at the birth of the Chapter 30 years ago and today. He and others continue to be involved while also passing the mantle to a younger generations of of professoinals inthe real estate community. Through the Young Leaders group, the Luminaries Series, participation on the ULI Chapter Board, and participation in the ULI National Conferences, Allen Matkins and ULI continue a strong relationship in supporting and giving back to the Southern California real estate community.
